Introduction

Dundee HSFP Cricket Club has successfully been running a Youth Development Programme for over 20 years, with many young players representing Dundee, Tayside & Fife in area and regional competitions with some going on to represent Scotland at junior levels.

Coaching Times and Programme:

During 2023 the club will again be running coaching sessions for all boys and girls under the age of 18. Coaching sessions are taken by qualified coaches and will also be supported by our local Cricket Scotland Development Officer. Sessions and matches will run right through the summer (including school holidays) from the following date:

Tuesday 18th April from 18:00 until 20:00.

All Stars Program - this is aimed at 4 - 7 year olds and will run for 8 weeks (min). It is softball based and will be from 6pm till 7pm.

Dynamos (Kwik Cricket) - this is aimed at 8 - 11 year olds and is also softball based and will also run from 6pm till 7pm.

Hard Ball Practice for 12 - 16 year olds will run from 6pm till 8pm.

All parents are welcome to stay during the sessions to learn more about the game and to help out with the sessions.

Dundee HSFP Cricket Club run junior teams, the Dalnacraig Rocks, at Under 12, U14 and U16 year age groups, with a programme of organised hard ball fixtures throughout the summer, see the Fixtures section for more information.

Membership Cost:
Annual membership cost is £120 for full membership of the club, with the membership period running throughout the year.
